Most Definitely! So Long As The Frame Passes Our Optician’s Durability Inspection, We Have No Problem Re-using Your Favorite Frame. Keep In Mind That Our Brand New Frames That We Carry All Come With A One Year Warranty. There Is No Warranty For Using Your Own Frame.
We Are An Open Network Provider With Most Insurance Companies. This Means We Are Able To Offer You A New Option To Utilize Your Insurance Benefits. As An Open-access Provider, While We Are Not In-network, We Can Still Provide You With Services/materials And Be Able To Use Your Insurance Benefits/coverage. If You Provide Us With A Few Pieces Of Information, We Are Able To Pull Your Insurance Eligibility And Coverage And Let You Know How Much You Will Pay For Services And How Much Insurance Will Reimburse You Directly. No Additional Steps For The Patient, We Take Care Of The Work For You And Will Submit The Claim To Your Insurance For Reimbursement The Same Day.

Insurance Companies Tend To Dictate Which Frame Lines Providers Can Offer, And Since We Like To Maintain Relationships With Independent Lines, This Scenario Doesn’t Align With Our Mission. Additionally, We Are Able To Edge The Lenses In Our In-house Lab, Something We Would Not Be Able To Do If We Worked With Insurances Companies.

In Most Cases, Absolutely! It’s Always Best To Bring In Your Frame So We Can Confirm That They Can Be Adjusted Or Repaired.
All Adjustments And Minor Repairs We Do At No Charge. For More Serious Repairs, Small Fees May Apply.

Soul Focus Optical provides only custom and handcrafted eyewear. All sales are final and we unfortunately can not accept any returns or issue refunds. We inspect all our products before and at the time of sale, but if you feel your purchased eyewear is defective in some way, please contact us by emailing shery@soulfocusoptical.com immediately along with a detailed description and photos of the possible manufacturers defect. If approved and deemed defective prior to the sale, we will either repair or replace the product within the guidelines of the product manufacturers warranty and policy.
